Travis Kelsey doesn't have to attend several Taylor Swift-centered college classes taught at universities around the world, he can learn from the master himself.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end spoke passionately about what he learned about music and live shows from his superstar girlfriend while promoting the Kansas City Chiefs' spring music festival, Kelsey Jam. She has been on her global Elas tour several times over the past year. “It was definitely fun experiencing her taste in music,” he said on Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday (April 2).

“She's so great at what she does, and finding that creativity of understanding where she wants things to come from and really understanding how she listens to music is something that I love. “It's very eye-opening for us,” he added.

Kelce also confirmed that he plans to attend several of Swift's upcoming shows in Europe. — and said the “Antihero” singer's music is featured on his “daily playlist.”

“We're both very career-oriented,” he continued. “We both love what we do. To have the opportunity to be able to show her support, and knowing that she has shown me all the support in the world throughout the season, was great. It was a great experience getting to know Tay.”

The Ohio native spoke with numerous publications Tuesday about Kelsey Jam, which will be held at Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas, on May 18 with a lineup led by Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz. He told Billboard at its press day: The artists are two of his favorites since high school, and he said, “I think this is going to be my last hurray this year. [2024] The Super Bowl against the city of Kansas City because of how much I appreciate and love the city of Kansas City. ”

During a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, he mentioned how witnessing Swift's Ellas tour influenced his plans for Kelsey Jam. “She’s in a whole other stratosphere,” he said. “There's a reason why she's the best at what she does. It's because she's so articulate and so passionate about everything she does. And that's why she's so beautiful. It’s the beauty of it.”

“It would be foolish to try to take anything from her work other than just enjoying the people who came,” he continued. “I think that's one thing I can probably absorb. She's really deeply involved with the people that are performing in front of her, so I absorb that.”
