The performance unit of K-Pop boy band SEVENTEEN has released the music video for their new song “Spell.”
Back in April, SEVENTEEN released their first compilation album “17 Is Right Here,'' which included the single “Maestro.'' In addition to the new single, the record includes new tracks by the group's performances, hip-hop, and vocal units. The visual for “Spell” sung by the performance unit consisting of Hoshi, Jun, The8, and Dino has been released.
The new visual features a performance scene in which the members, dressed in gorgeous costumes symbolizing various tarot cards, dance to a track by the sea with a team of dancers.
“Adira kia akia shrapo / Cast a spell in a language only we know / Adira kya akia shrapo / Cast a spell in a language only we know,” they sing in the chorus.
Last week, SEVENTEEN released the music video for “LALALI,'' a hip-hop unit consisting of S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, and Vernon. The visual for the vocal unit's song “Cheers To Youth” has not been released yet.
In addition to the lead track “Maestro” and three unit tracks, “17 Is Right Here” also includes Korean versions of the act's Japanese songs and 20 of their hit singles.
In other K-Pop news, NCT rapper Mark has released the music video for his new solo single “200.” According to the idol's agency SM Entertainment, he is preparing to release his first solo album in February 2025.
Elsewhere, TWICE's Nayeon announced several collaborators who will appear on her upcoming second mini-album 'NA'. They include fellow K-pop idols Julie from KISS OF LIFE, Lee Chan Hyuk from AKMU, and singer-songwriter Sam Kim.
