Post Malone releases new album “F-1 Trillion” – Music News

Post Malone has announced that his new album, “F-1 Trillion,” will be released on August 16th.

The 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, has revealed the title of his sixth studio album.

Malone posted a photo on Instagram of a sign in Nashville, Tennessee, that read, “Post Malone's new album is called F-1 Trillion.”

The artist added the caption: “'Sup… F-1 trillion August 16th.'”

The “Sunflower” rapper is currently riding the country wave, having recently teamed up with Blake Shelton to release his next song, “Pour Me a Drink.”

Malone, who has previously worked on “I Had Some Help” with Morgan Wallen, “Fortnight” with Taylor Swift for The Tortured Poets Department, and the hit “Levi's Jeans” from BeyoncĂ©'s Cowboy Carter, is set to release the song this Friday (21.06.24).

The artist shared some of the song's lyrics: “Somebody pour me a drink, somebody give me a cigarette/Soon I'll be sober/Soon I'll be on the ball… I've been trying so hard to keep up with Mr. Jones.”

As he gears up to release his country track, Malone has previously gushed about working with the 'Shake It Off' hitmaker, praising Swift as a “once-in-a-lifetime talent” and saying he's “blown away” by her.

Malone shared a photo of the pair on Instagram, writing, “It happens once in a lifetime when someone like @taylorswift comes into the world.”

“I am overwhelmed by your heart and spirit. I am incredibly honored that you asked me to help you on your journey. I love you so much. Thank you, Tay.”

Swift also heaped praise on the rapper, admitting she's a “huge fan” of Malone ahead of the release of The Tortured Poet Department in April.

She wrote on Instagram: “I'm a huge fan of Post because of who he is as a writer, his musical experimentation and the melodies he creates that I can't get out of my head.”

“When we worked together on Fortnite, we got to see that magic come to life.”
