Gisele Bündchen was left in tears after a confrontation with police.
The supermodel was driving near Surfside, Florida, on Wednesday when police stopped her for erratic driving. The officer who stopped her in her car released her without ticketing her, but she quickly became emotional, according to body camera footage obtained by Fox News Digital.
“I just wanted to stay. [away] From that guy,” Bundchen told police about the paparazzi who were following her.

The police officer acknowledged that he knew who she was and understood the situation, but told her he could do nothing to help her.
“Yeah, but I think he's stalking me,” she said.
Bundchen was told she needed to call police in Miami Beach because that's where the photographer first started following her. The officer apologized for not being able to do more, but that's when she started crying.

“I'm so tired,” Bündchen said through tears. “Everywhere I go, these assholes follow me. There's nothing to protect me. I can't do anything. I just want to live my life.”
“We can't prevent them from doing their job, which is taking pictures,” the police officer replied, crying.
“I don't understand how that can be allowed,” she told him.
He asked if there was anything else he could do for her and she said no and thanked him.
A representative for Bundchen did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Bundchen moved to Miami in 2020 with then-husband Tom Brady and their two children Benjamin and Vivian after the retired quarterback joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Even after her divorce was finalized in 2022, she continued to live in the area.
Last month, the model got emotional for another reason during an intimate interview when she was asked about Brady.
