Caleb Followill has praised Taylor Swift for inspiring a new generation of musicians.
The Kings of Leon frontman, whose children include Dixie, 11, and Winston, 5, and wife Lily Aldridge, said his children were always aware of his group's activities, but he told his daughter, It was the “Karma'' hitmaker who said, “It changed my perspective.'' .
He told The Sun: “Dixie started wearing Kings of Leon shirts around her house, but Taylor changed the way she looked at music.

Caleb's children inspired the group's latest single, “Mustang.”
“My son was wearing a shirt that said Mustang, and my daughter was watching cat videos on YouTube. That's where the line, 'Are you a Mustang or a kitten?' came from.”
“My son hasn't really responded to our music in the past, so we put Mustang in the song to try and turn him around. Now my friends' kids always say, 'Play the Mustang song. ''The kids love this song more than anything.''
The band, made up of Caleb, his brother Nathan, Jared Followill and their cousin Matthew Followill, are touring the UK in June and are looking forward to getting the family together.
Jared, whose wife Martha gave birth to their second daughter Charlotte just a few days ago, said: We all rent our homes.
“They don't check IDs in the UK so all the kids will be together and the cousins are excited to be able to go to the pub and get drunk for the first time.”
The Sex on Fire hitmakers admitted their recent tours have been much calmer than their early days, which were notorious for drunken brawls.
Caleb said: “We try to keep him out for three months at a time.
“When we first started, we were like zombies, living on buses and in each other's hair.”
Jared added: How did we survive it?
