Reba McEntire will host the Academy of Country Music Awards on May 16th in Frisco, Texas for the 17th time in history.
McIntyre, 69, has won 16 ACM Awards of his own and was named ACM Entertainer of the Year in 1994. Not only will she host the 59th ACM, she will also be on stage to perform new music.
This year, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton, Morgan Wallen, and Laney Wilson are nominated for Entertainer of the Year, and Wallen is this year's ACM nominee. It won six categories, the most in number. This includes “Male Artist of the Year” and “Album of the Year” nominations for “One Thing at a Time.”
