“This album is a celebration of gratitude, hope and love. These songs look at my life from a bird's eye view while acknowledging the many blessings that are all around me,” Jonas wrote in a lengthy statement on social media announcing the project. “This album speaks to the happiness I find in being a father, being a friend to myself and others, and doing what I love for a living. I feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to travel the world and connect with people through music, as well as working with some of the most talented musicians, songwriters and producers on this project.”

He concludes, “This album is a reflection and celebration of life. I hope it brings you as much joy as it did to me making it. I hope you enjoy!”

The star will kick off the album era with lead single “Work It Out,” due for release on July 19. Between the Jonas Brothers and DNCE, Joe has been part of several musical collectives, but it's been 13 years since he released his only solo album, 2011's Fast Life. The LP, led by the Chris Brown-penned “See No More,” which reached No. 92 on the Billboard Hot 100, peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard 200. Jonas has since bounced back and forth between Jonas Brothers and DNCE releases, while younger brother Nick Jonas enjoyed a more consistent solo career until the brothers reunited in 2019.
