It will likely have a powertrain that produces more than 1,000 horsepower and can reach an expected top speed of 257.87 mph. This considerable amount of power contributes to the vehicle's impressive acceleration, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 1.9 seconds.
nod to history
EXE181 is more than just a number. It's a homage to MG's legendary past. The original his EX181 was the tank that led Stirling his Moth to the world land speed record in 1957. Fast forward to today and MG's concept car could outperform his Volkswagen XL1's CD value of 0.189. This is an all-time record for a mass-produced car.

Why aerodynamics matters
The less drag a car has, the less energy it needs to move. That is why the potential of his EXE181 as the most aerodynamic production vehicle is so important. It's not just about beating the likes of the McLaren Speedtail or Mercedes-AMG ONE. It's about being at the forefront of energy-conscious vehicle design.
