50 Cent will be hosting a new music and comedy festival in Shreveport, Louisiana, which will feature performances from Muni Long, Katt Williams, Jeremih, and more.
On Monday (June 17), Fif announced the news of the event, dubbed the Humor & Harmony Festival, which will take place from August 8-11 and be hosted by the rapper and entertainment mogul himself.
“Already over 29,000 people are signed up so don't miss out,” the New York native wrote on Instagram. “Visit HumorHarmonyWeekend.Com. [bomb emoji] boom [smoke emoji] It's a comedy and music Super Bowl for 36,000 people. Stay tuned to see who's going to be there.”

In addition to the aforementioned performers, the Humor & Harmony Festival will feature appearances from comedians DC Young Fly, Gary Owens and Bill Bellamy, as well as performances from Cam'ron, French Montana and 2 Chainz, with more guests to be announced in the coming days.
The Humor & Harmony Festival is 50's latest initiative as he prepares to relocate his G-Unit film studios to Shreveport and he joins in efforts to help revitalize the city.
Jerrod Darden, a real estate broker who is helping the Queens-born hitmaker purchase and renovate commercial properties in Shreveport, spoke about the hitmaker's immediate plans to give back to his local community.

“He's very passionate about this city,” Darden said of Fyffe, revealing that he's already inked deals on several properties with more on the way.
“He's going to build a big jump park here. A pretty big sized park. We're looking at building a grocery store very close to downtown Shreveport. These are ideas that the whole team came up with together.”
