Here's what Sabrina Carpenter had to say about her new album, “Short N' Sweet,” and all the vinyl editions.
She's a singer so she works late hours. Sabrina Carpenter's new album “Short n' Sweet” is coming out, but when will it be released?
After years of hard work, Sabrina Carpenter has officially achieved main pop girl status. Her latest album, “Emails I Can't Send,” was met with critical acclaim and has since spawned two chart-topping hits, “Nonsense” and “Feather.” Not to mention, Sabrina's single “Espresso” became her first top 10 hit in the U.S. and also became a #1 single in the UK. It's never been a better time for Carpenter.
Sabrina has now announced her sixth studio album, Short n' Sweet. Here's everything we know about the new project, including the release date, tracklist, collaborators, and the upcoming music she's teased so far.

When will Sabrina Carpenter's “Short and Sweet” be released?
Sabrina Carpenter will release “Short & Sweet” on August 23. Taking to Instagram on June 3, Sabrina shared the cover art and wrote, “'Short & Sweet' my new album coming out August 23rd!!!! 💋 This project is very special to me and I hope it's special for all of you too. You can pre-order it now!”
She also teased, “There'll be a surprise on Thursday night, so keep an eye out!”
Sabrina has been quietly pursuing her music career since 2023. Speaking to Cosmopolitan in March, she said, “I'm trying to process this experience before I move on to the next thing… I've been working on my next thing for a while.”
She added: “I'm starting to feel like the songs I'm singing have grown beyond measure, which is always an exciting feeling because it means the next chapter is right around the corner.”
Will Sabrina release “Short n' Sweet” on vinyl?
You can currently order the album on vinyl, CD and cassette from Sabrina's official store. At the moment, only one vinyl edition and one picture disc are available. The vinyl is a striking blue, and the picture disc features a photo of Sabrina in a pink slip with lipstick kisses across the back.
Sabrina is also selling a range of exclusive “Short n' Sweet” merchandise on her website, including short-sleeve t-shirts, long-sleeve t-shirts and hoodies.
At this time, it is not possible to pre-order a physical copy of the album elsewhere, but we will let you know when it becomes available.

What is the track listing for Sabrina Carpenter's “Short n' Sweet”?
As of now, Sabrina Carpenter's sixth album, Short and Sweet, has no officially announced tracks aside from the smash hit “Espresso,” but Sabrina has hinted at a surprise for “Thursday Night,” so more songs could be on the way soon.
Sabrina didn't reveal the tracklist for Emails I Can't Send until a week before its release, so it may be a while before we see her next song.
Who did Sabrina Carpenter star alongside in Short and Sweet?
Sabrina co-wrote “Espresso” with longtime collaborators Amy Allen, Steph Jones and Julian Bunetta, who have previously worked together on songs like “Nunsense,” “Feather” and “Vicious,” and we suspect all three artists will be involved in the project.
Sabrina has yet to say anything about other collaborators on the album, but she was spotted back in the studio with Amy Allen and Julia Michaels (Because I Liked a Boy), and Dua Lipa and Selena Gomez producer Ian Kirkpatrick was also there.
Additionally, fans have speculated that Jack Antonoff may be featured on the LP after he shared a meme featuring Sabrina and other artists he's worked with before (Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey). Sabrina has also recently appeared on his Instagram.
Meanwhile, Sabrina was recently spotted with Billie Eilish's brother, producer Finneas, who could be working with her as well.
Speaking about the vibe of her future music, Sabrina said in an interview, “I feel a lot more free and excited about what I'm making now because I've realised that genre isn't necessarily the most important thing. It's about honesty and authenticity and what I'm drawn to.”
She continued, “There were a lot of genres on my last album and I want to continue that while making music.”
