Jennifer Lopez has canceled her entire 30-date concert tour.
The singer said she was “heartbroken” by the decision to cancel all 30 shows on her North American concert tour.
Jennifer, 54, announced the news to her fans via her newsletter, “On the JLo.”
“I am truly heartbroken and devastated that I have let you all down,” the On The Floor singer wrote.
“Please know that I would not do this if I did not feel it was absolutely necessary. I promise that I will make it up to you and that we will all get together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…”
A representative for tour company Live Nation said in a statement that Jennifer's summer “This Is Me… Live” tour has been canceled, saying, “Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”
Jennifer's ninth studio album, “This Is Me… Now,” performed poorly, debuting at number 38 in the US and number 82 in Australia.
However, ticket sales for the concert series were reportedly strong, with some shows, such as one in Newark, New Jersey, having sold 92 percent of their tickets.
The news comes after weeks of online and media speculation about Jennifer's marriage to Ben Affleck (51), with Page Six reporting that “sources” had said Ben had decided to end their relationship.
“He feels the last two years have been just a fever dream and now he's come to his senses and realises this is never going to work,” the source was quoted as saying.
